Operator bet365 announced that it is currently focusing on increasing its market share in the gaming industry and intends to expand its network of studios by adding online vendors, the most recent of which is Nolimit City.

Evolution purchased Nolimit City last month for an initial payment of €200 million ($210.4 million), with a further €140 million to be paid in earn-outs. The final result is a €340 million cash payment that must be made for all of the Nolimit City shares.

Nolimit joins the ranks of Big Time Gaming, Red Tiger, NetEnt, and other industry leaders in Evolution's portfolio. The business stated that the acquisition is in line with its goal of providing consumers with "the best" gaming content. Games like East Coast/West Coast, San Quentin, and Mental are among the Nolimit City titles.
